The DelthaChamber Music Festival aims at dealing with the integrity of the human being through arts.
Chamber music is our most genuine mean of expression but even so, we share and get knowledge from all other types of art.

Chamber Music International Competition (Terres de l’Ebre Museum)

Japanese Calligraphy Workshop –- (Terres de l’Ebre Museum) *
Professor Yukiko Ikeda, a Japanese Buddhist monk’s daughter, is going to introduce us to the culture of active meditation, concentration, silence, respect and self-knowledge by defying our personal limits through calligraphy. Philosophy Walks – The borders between body and soul *
Pol Capdevila, professor of many well-known Catalan universities with a BA in Philosophy, gives us an opportunity for reflection through casual, relaxed and close talks about our borders as human beings from a thinking perspective. Concert by the resident group: Confluentes Ensemble – Exile

Confluentes Ensemble is a young wind quintet that has been awarded in several competitions and has a solid artistic record. No one can fail to be moved by the contrasting program they will offer.

Sculpture Exhibition – Muses, daughters of our memories
Artist Rainer G. Schumacher will present for the first time a new collection of nine sculptures specially created for this occasion as accompaniment to the DeltaChamber Music Festival. The collection can be visited one hour before the beginning of each concert and up until 10 minutes before they start.

Xavier MontañésTapas tasting – Foreign Flavors
With our chef Xavi Montañés, we will travel far away through his delicious creations. A free tapa, exclusively created for our festival, will be offered after each concert.

Resident composer
This year, in line with our tradition, new surprises lie ahead of us after each concert with arrangements and new creations by our composer Antoni Alburquerque.
